Healthy Snacks for Every Craving!

Happy Wednesday Beauties!

I hope you are having a fabulous week so far! If you aren’t then don’t worry, it’s almost over!! Also, my birthday is tomorrow?!?!? I’m getting old folks! I’ll be the 23 tomorrow. I gotta be sure and start the heavy duty wrinkle cream this year. Lol. I’m just kidding. I’m very excited to be another year older. I’ve learned lots of lessons this past year in my life, which is all the matters, right? Anyways, I thought I’d share with y’all some of my favorite foods to eat to kick all of my different cravings from salty to sweet.

Healthy Snacks for Every Craving

Sour

I’m not a huge fan of sour things, but I do have one snack that is my go to for my sour cravings. You are probably already thinking what I’m thinking….Granny Smith Apples!! I used to devour bags of these as a child. I loved sour things entirely too much! I’m not the biggest fan of them anymore, but I do love them when that sour craving strikes.

Sweet

Suprisingly, I have the most items in this category of food. Let’s start off with my absolute favorite, bananas and peanut butter. There is just something about this combination that is an obsession for me. If I want something sweet right before bed, then I always choose this pairing. I think this is my favorite simply because it’s not too sweet. The peanut butter makes it a little bit salty, so I really knock out two cravings in one. I mean everyone knows you gotta have salty after sweet right?!? 😉 Another must have in my snack arsenal is my chocolate dusted almonds. This are my absolute favorite snack when Aunt Flo decides to pay a visit. I’m not a big chocolate lover except when she comes to visit, so these tasty morsels are perfect. If you are a caramel lover, then you must pick up the caramel rice cakes. I love pairing these cakes with some Jiff Natural peanut butter. It’s another salty and sweet pairing that just works perfectly.

Salty

The best thing you can have for that salty craving is nuts. Some of my favorites are almonds and pecans. I often prefer almonds because it also fixes my crunchy fix. Lol. I have also been known to eat peanut butter straight out of these to go cups. It’s absolutely delicious and high in protein! What more could you ask for?!?

I hoped you’ve enjoyed some of my favorite healthy snacks to kick those other snacks to the curb! Let me know down below what some of your favorite healthy snack parings are!
